Ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience for each and every customer

Responding to customer queries in a professional and polite manner

General admin duties including, refunds and claims and daily contact with our transport carriers

Following the escalation process for escalating calls and emails

Working to set KPIs and SLAs
