About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well-established, dynamic and award winning Breakdown Service as a Customer Service Representative in our Huddersfield office.

As a Britannia Rescue CSR you are responsible for the end to end claim journey of our customers in a breakdown situation.
This involves receiving the initial call, reassuring and locating the customer, and allocating an appropriate agent. You will monitor existing jobs and interact with our agent network to ensure the customer is kept updated at regular intervals during their claim. You will be expected to think creatively to find solutions for customers in vulnerable positions while continuing to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
In time you will take on the sales and service skill, working to retain our customers, renewing policies and creating new sales.

The start date for this role is Monday 5th Feb. Due to the nature of the training programme for this role, holiday days taken may need to be limited for the first 6 weeks.
This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours a week
This shifts are on an 8 week rolling rota based between the hours 7am to 11pm Monday to Sunday. You will be required to work two in four weekends
