Our client are a market leading business services company looking for a talented people manager.

You will be a Customer Service Manager responsible for the leadership of circa x6 reactive sales agents.

Market leading business services company with a variety of products and services based in South West London.

Description

  • Manage and develop a dedicated team responsible for providing corporate customers with ongoing customer service and technical support as well as sales across a range of products and services
  • Set and maintain metrics for team members
  • Assist Customer Service Representatives to be successful in attaining these goals and maintaining good customer relations on an ongoing basis by actively providing ongoing coaching and mentoring

Profile

  • A degree or equivalent is an advantage, must have good grades in GCSE Maths and English
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of using metrics
  • Be able to mentor and coach team members
  • Be highly organised with a structured, professional way of working
  • Experience of motivating and leading a Customer Services team or a reactive Sales team

You must be a strong people manager and enjoy leading and mentoring. Your most recent role must have involved the management of customer service reps.
