The Corporate Service Centre, based in Glasgow and Manchester, provides the servicing for all of our Corporate and Commercial customers along with providing support to Relationship Teams across the country. This servicing can be for basic transactional information or specialist teams offering SME support for areas such as Complaints, International Account Opening & Digital Online Banking.

As a Customer Service Executive you will be supporting our Corporate & Commercial customers and Relationship Teams with day to day banking through different channels including Telephone, Email & Secure Message.

As a Customer Service Executive your main responsibilities will be

* Putting our customers first to provide a great service every time

* Acting as a first point of contact, offering a personal service, over the telephony, email and secure message channels

* Taking ownership for customer requests to resolution and logging timely and accurate records

* Identifying ways to improve our customer journey, and using your initiative to suggest effective solutions

* Be a natural rapport builder and able to engage in a way that makes our customers feel valued

Minimum skills and experience required

* Proven experience in a customer service role

* Excellent communication and listening skills

* The motivation to go above-and-beyond for our customers

* A flexible approach to work, and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic team

* The computer and numeracy skills needed to excel in a highly regulated environment

Rewarding you

Salary is £16,000 basic + £1200 on target earnings

Working hours

We are currently recruiting full-time roles, our current opening hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8am to 2pm.
