Based in the Glasgowdepot, the Customer Service Executive role is a vital part of operations and operates on the frontline of sales and customer service.

Main Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.

Relationship building is the key to success, as the Customer Service Executive coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that theyre satisfied with our service.

Whilst your role will need you to demonstrate the competence to work alone, we work proudly with a team culture so adaptability and communication are key.
