This exciting customer service / account management opportunity is based around rapport building, converting enquiries and liaising with clients. 100% Inbound calls, this internal sales role requires an individual who has an excellent phone manner, and an enthusiasm for the travel industry. This customer focused role would suit a graduate account manager looking to take the next step in their career.
To apply you MUST have 12 months experience in an internal sales or customer service role liasing with businesses. A commercial background is important along with a passion for the travel sector. Its is also preferred if the individual has experience in converting enquiries and/or booking reservations.
