In this collaborative and supportive team, you will be welcoming the customer to Zuto. You will be the first point of contact for the customer’s car buying story and communicating with them via several avenues to get them to the right place first time.
Working as part of a high motivated, driven, and friendly team our Customer service executive enjoy delighting our customers by delivering a great service and being super-efficient. This will be during their journey to buying their new car with Zuto and from an after-sale point of view.
In this key role, you’ll record and relay important information between several departments our customers may interact with including our customer case managers. Through confident communication your professionalism will oversee that all complaints are handled in a timely and efficient manner in line with Zuto’s values.
• Communicating with new and existing customers via voice, online chat, social media, and e-mail
• Working closely with our case managers to make sure customers are kept up to date on the process of their query and helping them to resolve any after sales issues they may have
• Working with our sales and processing teams to assist with our random act of kindness scheme
• Social Media and Review Site monitoring with response and escalation
• Working with our marketing team to help with customer referral incentives
• Assisting other teams during busy periods to get the job done
• First and foremost, you’ll be laser focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You’ll have a positive, proactive, and motivated outlook
• You’ll take pride in exceeding our customers (already high) expectations
• You’ll enjoy talking to our customers through a variety of methods, from chat, to phone and email...your ability to multi task is essential
• You’ll be able to work towards monthly KPI’s
• You’ll be a great communicator, who is able to build up a rapport with both customer and internal partners
• You’ll have an eye for detail, and will be able to work to guidelines and processes
• You’ll always exhibit behaviours that are aligned to the Zuto ethos
