This exciting customer service opportunity is based around rapport building, converting enquiries that come through the companies website and liaising with potential customers. 100% Inbound calls, this internal role requires an individual who has an excellent phone manner, and an enthusiasm for the travel industry.
This customer focused role would suit a graduate looking to take the next step in their career with 6-12 months experience in an office based customer service role with a commercial background. It is also preferred if the individual has experience in converting enquiries and/or taking bookings.
