Customer Service Associate

Location: Maidstone

Salary: £19k - £24k

Working Hours: 37.50 per week

Join a great team and use your communication skills to help customers find and understand the insurance deals they're looking for.

As a Customer Service Associate in our Motorcycle Unit, you'll be our voice at the other end of the phone, listening to customers, answering questions and making every customer feel at home.

Working in our town centre based office, you'll enjoy it all at Swinton Insurance. Building relationships with people who look for a diverse range of products, you'll identify what it is they need, and then match our products to those needs.

Don't worry if you haven't worked in insurance before. So if you have plenty of customer service experience under your belt (and it can be from any industry), we'll train you up, teach you all you need to know, and turn you into one of our superstars.

If you're friendly, enthusiastic and a hands-on kind of person, a Customer Service Associate job is just the thing for you.

It's a fantastic opportunity within our industry, and an excellent springboard for your career. We look for real go-getters, people who know what it means to put the customer first – and people who'll thrive on the opportunity to stand on their own two feet.

All we ask is that you're determined to work hard and learn new things every day – and with all the training and support you'll get throughout your career here, we really will give you everything you need to succeed.

In addition to your salary, you'll receive a benefits package including 25 days holiday, pension, bonus potential, employee discounts and a choice of flexible benefits you can tailor to suit your needs.

****Background checks required for the role

As a Financial Services organisation we comply with and support the requirements set by our Regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which are designed to protect our customers. This means if your application is successful, you'll need to satisfy some important background checks before you can start working with us. These will include a full credit enquiry, a criminal record check, residency and right to work checks.
