Customer Service Advisor

Dixons Carphone, Kelvin Close, Birchwood

£8.02 per hour plus up 10% bonus and company benefits

Monday-Sunday between 8am and 8pm

40 hpw, 12 month FTC

The role:

Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service to support our clients customers with any quires or complaints that they may have.

Knowledge, skills and abilities needed:

* Process customer requests, device registrations and claims consistently and accurately applying internal processes and procedures and seeking guidance where necessary
* Excellent questioning and listening skills
* The ability to build rapport to ensure queries are fixed first time effectively and efficiently
* Be solution focused using your understanding to take ownership of a customer’s situation, following it through to a satisfactory conclusion
* The ability to speak to customers from all walks of life
* Be a brand ambassador, standing for and championing all Dixons Carphone values and qualities
* A willingness to learn and keep your knowledge up-to-date
