£17264 PA plus company benefits
Monday-Sunday between 8am&8pm on a Rota basis
3-month FTC, 40 hours per week.
Working as a Customer Service Advisor in our Contact Centre in Birchwood, you will be on hand to assist customers who are looking to make a claim on their insurance. You will take ownership and responsibility of every customer providing them with first class customer service.
Who makes a great Customer Service Advisor?
Ideally, you’ll have worked in a customer facing environment before and be able to demonstrate your ability to look at the bigger picture helping your customer.
The role requires you to be a people person with a confident, friendly telephone manner and have good communication skills. Knowing the importance of self-motivation, you’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and have the ability to be flexible, resilient and be able to embrace change to meet business needs
