Specialising in all areas of the care, medical, health and not-for-profit insurance sectors; the Caring Professions Division is based in Kings Court, Stevenage – a 7-minute walk from the train station. We pride ourselves on walking in our customers’ shoes to really understand our markets and deliver insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Towergate have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and personable full-time telephone-based New Business Advisor to join us at our busy, but friendly Stevenage office. This role is critical to the business meeting our challenging new business targets and fair customer outcome KPI’s.

The successful candidate will take personal responsibility for achieving new business targets, ensuring that the needs of both the customer and the business are met. You will work with our appointment booking team who will book telephone quotes for you, as well as being expected to generate your own leads and proactively chased inbound website enquiries in order to achieve objectives.

Experience and Skills

* Sales experience

* Strong communication skills.

* Understanding of insurance and/or regulatory environment preferable

* Strong Microsoft Office skills

* Ambitious and personable
