A starting salary between £16,380 - £18,500, depending on your customer service experience. You'll enjoy a 35 hour contract, with flexible shift patterns. Shifts are produced 4 weeks in advance and will include a range of shift Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm, with a maximum of two 10am to 6pm shifts a week. 24 days holiday with the option to buy more, flexible benefits, life assurance, and a generous pension scheme.

What you'll be doing
You’ll play a pivotal role when it comes to supporting our brokers and solicitors when they need it most. But, you’ll do more than just communicate; you’ll advise, dipping into your in-depth knowledge of the Mortgage function, and the wider business, and using it to make accurate recommendations for each individual case.
