Customer Service Advisor (In-bound Sales)

Position: Sales Agent
Location: Coventry, West Midlands (Commutable from Birmingham, Nuneaton, Rugby, Solihull and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 08:30 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:30 – 18:00 Saturday’s and Sunday’s
Salary: £17,000 with an opportunity to earn bonus and commission, with potential to earn up to £30K per annum

About the role:
As a dynamic and exciting business, they have fantastic opportunities available for experienced Sales Agents to take in-bound calls in their busy and thriving travel insurance department. Sales Agents are the first point of contact for customers, and therefore represent our clients brand.
- Responding to incoming queries about their products
- Providing quotes and processing sales
- Providing excellent levels of customer service throughout
- Responsible for meeting sales targets in a fast-paced contact centre environment
- Responsible for delivering a compliant, professional and personable service
- Experience of working in a sales environment, preferably in a contact centre
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Drive and determination, to be able to work under pressure to meet targets and maintain self-motivation
- Be PC literate, with the ability to learn new systems
- Possess a good level of numeracy and literacy
- Be passionate and eager for a new challenge
