Shifts: Flexibility Required between 8am – 8:30pm Monday – Friday; 8am – 6:30pm – Saturday.
Training: 4-5 Weeks – Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm Fully Paid (Training is Full-time and mandatory).
Salary: Up to £17,076.80 per annum

What are we looking for?
You will be working for an exciting and innovative Market Leading Energy company, providing customers with great customer service. Your role would involve acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and handling everything from general enquiries to customer resolution. The primary purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to take inbound customer calls however our client also requires some up-selling and promotion of add-on products during these calls.
We have multiple full time and part time positions available with varied shifts between 8am and 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6:30pm Saturday. Applicants must demonstrate a flexible approach and be prepared to work rotational shifts. You will receive your rota up to 4 weeks in advance.
