We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work on behalf of an industry-leading utilities service provider. Our client provides solutions for this new energy world – decentralised, green, and interconnected. Around 4.3 million customers in the UK choose to get their energy from us, making us one of the leading energy providers in the UK.

We make sure that everything we do has a single focus: our customers!

As a Customer Service Representative could you……

* Enthusiastically work as part of a high performing contact centre team on behalf of our leading clients

* Consistently put our customers first by actively listening to them, building their trust while understanding their needs

* Deliver a service where empathy and building rapport are central

* Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

* A salary of up to £17118 per year!

* 28 days’ holiday per year, rising to 30 after your first year with us

* Full-time work in a strong team of experienced colleagues

* 2 weeks comprehensive training, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, to make sure you succeed

* Shift patterns between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-6pm Saturday
