Specialising in all areas of the care, medical, health and not-for-profit insurance sectors; the Caring Professions Division is based in Kings Court, Stevenage – a 7-minute walk from the train station. We pride ourselves on walking in our customers’ shoes to really understand our markets and deliver insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.
Towergate have an exciting opportunity for an attentive and personable full-time telephone-based Customer Service Advisor to join us at our busy, but friendly Stevenage office. This role is critical to the business meeting our commitment to delivering consistent high-levels of customer service and fair customer outcomes.
The successful candidate will take personal responsibility for exceptional customer service, ensuring that the needs of both the customer and the business are met. You will be dealing with both inbound and outbound customer queries, helping customers to renew or make mid-term adjustments to their existing policies, helping them with queries and talking to them about additional insurance requirements they have.
Experience and Skills
* Customer service experience
* Strong communication skills.
* Understanding of insurance and/or regulatory environment preferable
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Attentive and personable
