Shifts - Monday - Friday between 8:30am - 6pm - Full flexibility required
Training - 8 days, Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Start Date - 3rd December 2018
You will be responsible for providing the best customer experience to existing customers in our financial sector for a progressive financial services provider in the UK. You will be working in a fluid environment and your role will evolve with each and every customer’s demand from servicing, retaining and profiling the customer to turning individual products into customer solutions.
*Full training will be provided but would be advantageous to have a Customer Service or Financial Services background*
