This position ...is the ideal starting point for a career within the Romans network with the prospect of moving into Branch or other exciting areas. We are looking for someone who has an eagerness to learn, and a real interest in Sales and Customer Service.
• Responding to telephone and website leads
• Generating and booking valuations for both sales and lettings
• Advising customers of other additional services we offer
• Customer service calls to sellers/landlords and buyers/ tenants
• Liaising with colleagues in our Estate Agency branches and providing cover in branch when necessary
• Meeting personal, team and department targets.

You must be an influential and goal-orientated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Calm, professional and an outstanding communicator, both verbally and written, you will also possess impressive negotiation and problem-solving skills, while attention to detail is vital.
