My client is looking to bring someone in to the business who can work as a Customer Service Advisor for all inbound calls from clients & customers with any business enquiries and retentions.
The role is primarily inbound however there will be scope for some outbound calls for customer call backs.
The business has recently created the customer service team to reduce workload from the general office and in this role you will act as the first point of contact for the company itself.
They state that it is ESSENTIAL you have a minimum of 6 months experience in a call centre or administration based environment and possess a sufficient skill set to operate on the phones confidently.
The business will provide full training on their specific industry to give the knowledge to handle any queries without assistance from a more senior member of the team.
You will be tasked with opening a customer account database and logging accurately any information queried and following a full process to ensure the customer leaves the call satisfied with the information given.
