Our standard working week is 40 hours per week across 5 days between Monday to Saturday. You will be required to work every other Saturday as part of your standard shifts.

When you join us, you will go through our induction programme, where our expert trainers and academy teams will give you the guidance and knowledge you need to move on to the phones as a great adviser. From there, our dedicated teams will support you through the remainder of your probationary period.
