We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in the Personalisation department supporting the Industrial team. As our Customer Service Administrator you will work closely with our Industrial Team in Marketing, our Branding Partner and our sales team , inputting and managing orders from our Personlisation website to ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest level whilst supporting the wider teams. This role is very diverse & not one day is the same, key responsibilities include but are not limited to data inputting, product creation, email management & monitoring, liaising with both the supplier & sales force on a regular basis, ensuring SLA’s are met , escalating any issues to a senior member of staff, ensure a fast and efficient response to calls and customer queries & also any adhoc admin relating to the role.

Strong levels of communication skills both verbal and non-verbal will be key within this role as you handle and resolve enquiries and disputes from customers and individuals across the business. You will also be highly organised with an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency within your work. The ideal Customer Service Administrator candidate will be customer centric and commercially aware. Previous administrative experience in an office environment is essential. You must have excellent administration, written and verbal skills and enjoy working in a busy and fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and able to multi task. Computer literate with experience of a variety of IT packages, in particular Microsoft Office. Well organised with good planning skills. Able to work individually and as part of a team when required and will be flexible in providing support or other teams when required and undertake other duties, as and when needed.
