About the role
Joining our Retirement Solutions team as a Customer Service Administrator you will be providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our customer experience teams based within our Hitchin office. We are our customer’s first point of contact for all incoming post and faxes and ensure that all the documents that come in to the office are prepared correctly and then logged on to the appropriate systems. Accuracy is essential to ensure the information provided is logged to the correct policy to enable your team to deal with it.
You will work 37.5 hours a week, working 9am-5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
You’re someone who is positive, helpful, cheerful and demonstrates professionalism. You work well within a team and are happy to be flexible on the type of task you work on to help the team achieve their goals.
We look after very sensitive customer data, so an eye for detail and accuracy are key skills to be successful within this role. You will be able to work quickly and efficiently and be able to maintain high standards, even when working under pressure.
Administration experience is not essential and we will provide full training for the role. This is a great opportunity for someone opportunity for someone wants to join a successful organisation and develop their administration skills even further.
