Customer Sales Executive - Outbound
£36,200 OTE (£20,000 + uncapped commission)
37.5hrs (10:45am-7:30pm Monday - Thursday, 9:45am-3:15pm Friday)
START DATE: 13th May 2019
Outbound telephone sales relies on both the products and the pitch. We’ve got ultrafast broadband and amazing landline, mobile and TV services. And if you’ve got great communication skills and a friendly approach, you’ll call potential customers and prove we’re worth investing in - and bag a big bonus too.
This is about calling people out the blue, so you’ll need to win them over quickly. Success will come from knowing how to build up a rapport, suggesting products and packages the people at the other end of the line might need, and closing the deal.
You don’t need know much about technology. That’s what our six-week induction’s for - and after that, you’ll have an award-winning telesales team around you for support. They’ll be sure to help you not just hit your targets, but become one of our best sellers (and earners).

If you have a warm confident manner, resilience, and a great attitude to work, this could be a great opportunity for you. To be a success in this role, You’ll also need:
* To be comfortable with cold calling potential customers
* To be comfortable making outbound calls to our customers
* Familiarity with, and enthusiasm for working in a target-driven environment
Cold-calling or target-driven sales experience would always help, but lots of our best people joined without any.
