Customer Sales Executive - Inbound
South Manchester (Baguley)
22,000 OTE, £16,000 basic. Uncapped commission
37.5hrs across weekly shifts. The centre is open 7 days a week, 8am-9pm Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Saturday and 9am-5pm Sunday. Allowances are payable after 8pm and on Sundays.
START DATE: 8th April 2019
This is all about taking calls from people who want our ultrafast broadband and amazing phone and TV services - and making that a reality. Join us, and be part of our award-winning team in Manchester.
You won’t need any previous technical knowledge of our products when you first join. Your six-week induction will cover all that off, and you’ll always have the information you need to hand. What’s more important is that you can listen closely to potential new customers, communicate clearly as you build up a rapport, and match them to the packages that’ll best suit their needs.
There’s about 400 people in the Centre, so expect a real buzz the moment you arrive. With a monthly sales target to smash, you’ll soon get caught up in the energy and friendly competition.
Who we’re looking for
If you are a warm conversationalist who’s naturally interested in people, with a sharp mind to answer questions and find solutions, you could be a great fit for this role. You’ll also need:
* Previous experience of working in a target-driven environment
* To be comfortable speaking with existing and potential customers over the phone
Sales experience would always help, but lots of our best people joined without any.
