We have an exceptional opportunity for a customer focused process analyst to join our team.
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week with some flexibility.
Location: Longley House, Longley Lane, Manchester, M22 4SY
Salary: 20K-25K per annum

Main Purpose of the Role:
To deliver continuous improvement with a key focus on the reduction of customer contact within the Operations functions.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: -
* Maintain a continuous improvement cycle
* Reduce customer contact within the Operations function
* Build relationships with colleagues to understand impacts of changes
* Identify, scope and recommend operational change
* Communicate the benefits of changes across departments
* Produce written documentation
* Track benefits of change
Skills and Experience Required - The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
* Proven track record in a similar role and experience of identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
