Who we are
Our Customer Experience team is the vibrant beating heart of Zuto. It’s the largest
department in the company, with over 250 employees working out of our Head Office
We look after every step of the customer journey, which includes…
* taking applications over the phone
* helping customers with find a car
* matching them with a lender
* sorting the paperwork and liaising with the car dealer
* offering Insurance to our car buyers
…and basically everything in between. And we do all this while making sure that the
experience as fun and stress-free as possible. The final piece of the process, which
is also the best, is that we get to call the customer with the exciting news that the
car is either ready to collect or will be delivered to their home!
We’re pretty proud of the fact that we’ve created something really special at Zuto.
And it shows in how much our customers love us—our NPS is higher than Apple’s! This is
because of the brilliant people we’ve recruited and trained along the way, who live and
breathe the values of the company. Couple that with the fantastic technology we’ve
developed, and we’re able to give the customer a great experience from start to finish.
When we find brilliant people, we’ll do all we can to nurture and develop them within
the Customer Experience team. We know that people who are ambitious need the opportunity
to grow or we run the risk of losing them. So, we make sure that every person is given
