Our client is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to empower and lead the team behind their reputation for delivering a top class service to their growing community of travellers. In this important and challenging role, you will be an advocate for the business globally and be responsible for driving customer success across the company. You'll play a key role in reaching out to customers worldwide as they develop international markets.
The successful Customer Experience Manager should have:
Basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
