Customer Experience Manager

Leeds Building Society is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our Customer & Digital Department. You will be based at our Head Office site in the heart of Leeds city centre.

What is the main purpose of the role?

You will play a key role in the implementation of the Society's central Customer Experience plan. Your ability to engage and lead a small team will ensure effective progression of the plan to ensure sure it is responding to insight that will create the greatest impact on customer satisfaction.

Do you have the essential skills and experience for this role?

* Relevant and comprehensive experience in Customer Journey Mapping

* Customer Satisfaction measurement

* Data interpretation and report writing

* Effective influencing, organisation and collaboration skills

* Good commercial awareness

* Experience of working with key stakeholders

* Ability to engage, develop and manage a small team

* Experience within Financial Services is desirable but not essential
