An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Insight Manager to join our CE Insights team. This position is flexible in regards to location and can be based in either Milton Keynes or Leicester, with travel between the sites.

As a Customer Experience Insight Manager you will be leading as a strong contributor to the analytical resources/capability of the team, working closely with all parts of the business ensuring the department objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively in alignment to our strategic objectives.

As a Customer Experience Insight Manager your main responsibilities will be

* Providing subject matter expertise and information to the business, using sound knowledge within Customer Experience, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience, Behavioural Economics, Data Science, Digital Marketing or UX.

* Managing and developing relationships with key internal stakeholders and acts a contributor to key functional projects.

* Undertaking projects/assignments and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to support our competitive position and shareholder value.

* Championing new ways of working, encouraging fast/ speedy delivery using agile/ lean or other new methods both within the business area and across other parts of the business

Minimum skills and experience required

* In-depth understanding of customers and knowledge of what motivates and drives customer behaviour to support customer centric decision making

* Track record of developing high quality analysis that has resulted in customer centric decisions

* In-depth commercial and customer experience knowledge of Products, Channels & Segments

* Advanced level knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel & PowerPoint

* Advanced knowledge and extensive experience of BI Tools e.g. PEGA, SAS, Micro Strategy and / or programming languages e.g. SQL, Spark, Python, Base SAS etc.

Milton Keynes

You’ll be based in one of our biggest offices in the UK, right in the heart of Milton Keynes, home to a range of key functions including Marketing, Finance and Risk and conveniently located only a short walking distance from Milton Keynes Central rail station and Shopping Centre. Offering an onsite gym, restaurant, coffee shop and banking facilities, the atmosphere is a vibrant one with plenty of opportunities to socialise and get involved in local community and charity work.



You’ll be working in our Carlton Park offices just outside of Leicester city centre in Narborough. With a restaurant, coffee shop, Santander branch and free parking on site, well known childcare facility and gym nearby, it offers something for everyone.
