Our client has a very exciting opportunity for a Customer Development Executive to join them on a (circa) 12 month contract, covering maternity leave. This role is field based cover Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wales, Warwickshire.
Within this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of Pubs/Leisure groups/Wholesalers and Independent operators in the Out-of-Home channel to gain new business wins, maintain existing accounts and execute brand activation campaigns for both WKD and Bottlegreen. You will also be required to support their brands at trade and industry events nationwide to build a network of contacts and business prospects.
In order to be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate track record of personal sales achievement and in-depth channel knowledge and experience. With excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you will also have good planning, organisational and time management skills.
You will be a results-driven individual with great influencing skills and will have a creative entrepreneurial spirit. Although not essential, previous experience working in a drinks environment would be an advantage. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
This is a field-based role so candidates must live in, or be willing to relocate to, the specific geographical area. There will be a need for some weekend and evening work across their territory, to support promotional activity. The candidate must have a genuine passion for the drinks industry.
Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
