This role involves the processing of Dutch card applications which customers submitted to American Express. The role is divided into customer servicing and analyst role; supporting customers through the application process as well as processing and analysing the applications. This includes different administrative tasks as well as talking with customers over the phone.
Global New Accounts is a diverse, multicultural and dynamic department servicing nine key European markets within the 1 John Street Brighton Hub. With a prime focus on delivering extraordinary customer service in all that we do, we are tasked with ensuring that the first experience customers have with American Express is one that demonstrates the principles of Relationship Care, whilst instilling trust, loyalty and most importantly security

* Must be a Dutch speaker (additional languages can be an advantage)
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Experience in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Customer service experience with exceptional listening and relationship building skills is an advantage

* Dutch Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00am – 4:00pm
* Overall Department Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00am – 20:00pm; Saturday 09:00am – 17:00pm
