Job Role: Customer Appointment Controller

Our client, a main dealership, is currently looking to add a Customer Appointment Controller to their team.

For this role you will be required to make outbound calls to existing customers, book vehicles in to be serviced, arrange loan cars and vehicle delivery, and keep the database up to date. Experience in the motor trade would be beneficial but is not essential.

Skills and Experience Required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly via telephone
  • Possession of excellent listening skill
  • Possess good sales skills to enable you to up sell to customers
  • Being able to work on your own initiative
  • You must be self-motivated
  • Possession of strong self-organisational skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Possession of a calm and even temperament
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to handle pressure without it affecting working relationships and effectiveness.
  • IT literate with the ability to use systems and processes
