Customer Advisor - Insurance Admin Team

Location: Newcastle

Salary: £18,275 including flexibility allowance

Salary rising again to £18,812 after reaching acceptable performance standards (normally at the 6-month mark)

Full Time, Permanent position

This is the job

Joining our insurance admin team, you’ll provide a world-class customer service, via all communication genres including e-mail, white mail, system delivered prompts and exception reports, & also via conversation with our customers.

What will I be doing?

Every day you will handle enquiries for and from our customers via both internal and external routes including telephone, post and e-mail. You’ll also correspond with underwriters and our frontline service teams responsible for our motor insurance product. We’ll train you fully, so you’ve got all the expertise and knowledge you need to handle any query or complaint.

What do I need?

Highly motivated and dedicated to providing great customer service, you have a brilliant eye for detail. You’re a brilliant communicator both written & oral, with experience of Outlook, Word & Excel, in addition an appreciation of email etiquette. Crucially, you love learning new skills, working within a vibrant team environment, and you're keen to make the most of every opportunity to develop and make a difference.
