£17,321 (including a flexibility allowance)
We love to have a work/life balance here, so you will never work Sundays with our current roster! You will be required to work shifts patterns between 08:00-20:15 Monday - Friday, and Saturdays from 09:00-17:15 but with rest days in the week you can still balance your time with friends, family and hobbies.
What will I be doing?
As a member of one of our inbound teams you will be responsible for an integral part of the AA Membership Journey. Your role will be to provide honest and expert customer service ensuring the right outcome for our members and providing a memorable experience by establishing our new and existing members individual needs. You will be providing honest and expert customer service ensuring the right outcome for the member and will work within your team and the wider department to provide solutions for members and ensure that everything we do put the customer first.
What do I need?
Experience in a contact centre would be useful, but more important is your determination, your ability to build rapport and deliver world class customer service.
