The Role
 

As a Customer Account Manager you will be involved in the whole process of facilitating a loan for a customer. From making an initial sales call from enquiries provided, to establishing the requirements of the customer and affordability, processing the loan and then ensuring that payments are maintained.

This role requires strong communication skills and excellent rapport building on both the phone and face to face alongside having an excellent eye for detail. We look after our customers and we want our employees to have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
