International Medical / Pharmaceutical business currently expanding their Account Management team, looking for an exceptional professional with a track record of delivering outstanding service to customers in an office environment.

 

The Opportunity:

 

Customer Account Manager International Pharmaceutical Wholesaler  

 

£32,000 to £37,000 depending on experience + Benefits – Excellent opportunities for progression

 

Primarily office based

 

This international pharmaceutical organisation has entered a period of exciting growth in terms of both profit and volume - they are continually working to reinforce their market position and as a result of success in 2019 an opportunity has arisen to appoint a talented Customer Account Manager to join their commercial team.

 

You will manage a broad cross section of accounts. Dealing with sales enquiries and sourcing of products from a range of international suppliers. You will also have the autonomy to personally manage and develop certain strategic accounts providing quotations and negotiating terms for accounts based in the UK and Internationally.

 

Reporting to a Team Leader you will possess a customer service background who can demonstrate real customer care, an understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Import/Export markets would be of real benefit.

Language skills would also be an advantage German and French in desirable but not essential

You:

 

You will have at least 1 years experience in a Customer Service / Account Management type position and looking for your next challenge, confident dealing with enquiries over the phone with a highly organised approach.

A background in sales or buying

Basic knowledge of Import / Export

Pharmaceuticals or Health and beauty would be an advantage.
