As one powerful, cohesive global network, with 108 customer experience centres delivering the local touch, Sitel has the agility to tailor customer engagement at a local level, connecting with customers in meaningful ways.

As a Telemarketer, you will make outbound calls with our latest automated dialling system, contacting hearing-impaired customers on behalf of Amplifon, the UK’s leading dedicated Hearing Specialist Provider. Amplifon are completely independent, unlike their competitors, which allows them to tailor their service perfectly to every individual customer. As a Telemarketer you will discover the needs of every customer, and provide a bespoke experience that is unique to our client’s brand. You will book valuable customers in for promotional hearing tests and offer them a free trial with Amplifon’s latest hearing aids.

You will have a professional telephone manner with the ability to communicate with people at all levels. Previous outbound sales experience is advantageous but * Not essential. You will be a good rapport builder and hard worker.
