How you can expect to spend your day:

Based in their recently refurbished and state of the art offices in the West End, the Corporate Programme Executive will be responsible for the successful implementation of learning programmes for corporate in-company clients. The role involves communicating and negotiating with both external clients and internal stakeholders in all functional areas of the business.

The focus of the role is on client satisfaction, programme growth and profitability

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the lead point of contact for post-sale implementation activities, including programme kick off activities, session scheduling, changes and cancellations, instructor planning and ramp-up, programme review meetings, client reporting, billing & collection issues and course customisation support

* Work with the corporate account team to ensure existing account growth by looking for opportunities to grow existing and new product lines and provide leads for the sales team to pursue

* Communicate client information, process changes, and/or performance concerns to relevant stakeholders

* Work with the corporate account team to provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting on sales and account management activity

* Represent the company at off-site client meetings and presentations, where applicable

* Generate reports for clients upon request

* Review evaluations for continuous improvement and quality of programmes and communicate satisfaction levels and concerns to all relevant stakeholders for review and action

* Maintain all relevant client related process and data in CRM system.

* Champion marketing best practice and promote the company and the Group at industry events

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

* Hands on experience in a B2B sales environment and a demonstrable track record in exceeding client expectations

* Highly energetic person with a positive attitude that is driven, creative and resourceful

* Self-motivated, self-starter, goal-oriented, high enthusiasm

* Exceptional attention to detail with strong project management and organisational skills

* Productive under pressure and able to prioritise their own work load

* Excellent communication skills and a team player

* Strong rapport building, communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders

* An interest in marketing and experience in the training sector would be an advantage
