Contracts Estimator

In order to meet the ever growing demands and success of our contract division we are now looking for an experienced Contracts Estimator. Based in our purpose built hub in the Shoreham area of Brighton and reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for the preparation of Contracts quotations/estimates, ensuring they are priced accurately to the clients requirements and in the timescale required to support the team and maximise sales and growth.

Responsibilities in brief:

* Provide estimating and pricing support to the Contract Manager, Regional Contract Managers and Kitchen Designers

* Preparing timely and accurate quotations based on Contract customer requirements and designs

* Prepare presentation packs for tenders submissions

* Working closely with management to develop new ways of working for solving problems and improving the customer journey and experience

* Working with numerous internal teams to resolve various issues in a timely manner

* To participate as an effective and willing team member to achieve individual and team goals

* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations

* To assist with any other reasonable request in order to fulfil the requirements of the business and smooth operation of the Contracts division

Personal attributes and skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels

* Proven experience estimating within the construction industry

* Proficient in reading kitchen drawings

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Strong organisation skills who prides themselves on accuracy and delivering a quality service and achieving deadlines

* Self-starter who is flexible, approachable and a team player
