The role of Contract Manager within our iPAC division is to ensure that the customer receives a high quality and consistent service, to grow and build sustainable relationships within all areas of the clients operations and to ensure that all contractual requirements are exceeded.

As a Contract Manager within our iPAC division you will ensure that our customers receive the highest quality and consistent service from all areas of the Speedy business. You will ensure that all contractual requirements are exceeded, that the customer is at the heart of everything we do and we are their contact for all their requirements.
You will work closely with all departments within Speedy to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded and that all customer enquiries are dealt with a professional and timely manner. This will also include timely resolution of back office issues in particular invoice queries and loss and damage. You will build strong working relationships with our customers with a key focus on the continuous improvement to their experience. In this role you will assume lead responsibility in guaranteeing that all contractual KPI’s/SLA’s are met. You will work closely with the operational teams to deliver these objectives.
In this role you will assist with asset utilisation and movement, resource planning and order fulfilment to ensure service excellence which is measured on customer satisfaction reports. You will have a major input in supporting new tenders and tenders that are due to expire, capitalising on potential revenue. Your performance will be measured on developing sales revenue within each contract including generating leads for the wider Speedy business.
