The Role

Business Customer Service Associate

We're different from traditional Contact Centres. We don't have any call-time limits or call boards; our aim is for every Swinton Group customer to go away happy - regardless of how long it takes. You'll be part of an energetic
environment, with a diverse culture, using state-of-the-art office systems. Whilst you're building your career with us, we'll support you with extensive, ongoing training and development.

The business contact centre offers a wide range of Commercial Insurance solutions from Public Liability, Motor Trade Road Risk, Fleet, Taxi, Shops, Offices, Property, Professional Indemnity and more. Our Team deal with all aspects of insurance broking from New Business, Renewals and servicing and your role will be to offer a wide range of products to our Business customers. Within the role you will be expected to develop Commercial Product knowledge and learn brokerage skills in a professional environment.

As a Business Customer Service Associate in our Business contact centre, you'll be our voice at the other end of the phone, listening to customers, answering questions and making every customer feel at home. Working in our vibrant office, you'll enjoy it all at Swinton Insurance.

Building relationships with people who look for a diverse range of products, you'll identify what it is they need, and then match our products to those needs. We provide sales through service, so we are looking for those who can have confident conversations in terms of new business - however we are non-advisory so it's very much a customer focused approach.

Don't worry if you haven't worked in insurance before. So if you have plenty of customer service experience under your belt (whether that be in banking, sales or financial services), we'll train you up, teach you all you need to know, and turn you into one of our superstars. If you're friendly, enthusiastic and a hands-on kind of person, a Customer Service Associate job is just the thing for you.
