This role will require you to be working alongside Morrisons 4 days a week. This will be based from their Head Office in Bradford. You will then be required to work out of our Britvic Leeds site, or our National Distribution Centre in Lutterworth.

As Collaboration Executive, you will effectively and efficiently drive in store availability through end to end supply chain management, from Britvic forecast to vendor on shelf.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the supply chain end to end responsibilities driving improved availability, service, forecast objectives and inventory management

-Support short term 20 Week operational forecast for vendor

-Support total Britvic forecast process with BSD Customer Logistics and Customer Management Team

-Align Customer & Britvic forecasts through collaborative promotional and base review processes

-Support Britvic daily phasing and drive site forecast management

-Drive improved availability - proactively managing availability at Depot level whilst responding to live demand changes

-Manage daily reporting and monitoring of depot to store service and in store availability

-Develop broad KPI delivery and build Trusted partnered relationships with all supply chain and commercial teams for contacts to support

Knowledge Skills & Experience Required:

-Comprehensive understanding of forecasting and inventory management is Desirable

-Experience of influencing key stakeholders is essential

-Customer facing experience is desirable

-Experience in use and analysis of retailer data / systems EG. Supplier Data bases is desirable

-FMCG supply chain or retail experience is desirable

Qualifications:

-Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
