You will work directly with business leaders across Google to develop and oversee Google’s customer strategy, including building and managing a toolkit of programs and assets designed to guide and grow our customer relationships. You’ll create centralized content and resources to educate clients about what the power of cloud computing can do for them, then coordinate with leaders to implement these programs globally. You'll face the demands of a rapidly evolving industry, at times requiring you to swiftly navigate through ambiguity and use sharply-honed problem-solving skills to identify the best solutions for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for Sales Excellence within the EMEA Cloud Strategy Operations team, the business partners to Google Cloud Sales. As part of Google Cloud Sales Operations, you will partner with senior sales leadership to provide actionable insights and use a data driven approach to sharpen decision making and drive deep understanding of our fast growing business. Combined with the resources of a dedicated sales force, our insights translate directly to accelerated business growth and improve Google’s ability to serve its Google Cloud customers at scale.

You’ll manage the landing of sales productivity and efficiency projects, allowing the organization to focus more time on customers, working closely with Sales, Enablement, Systems, Tools and Central Operations.

* Understand the business needs and translate that into longer term enablement, process, systems and tools requirements with our Central teams.

* Define training requirements for Sales and work with Enablement Team to create and deliver to Sales to adopt new processes and tools.

* Communicate and gain buy-in to these set of processes with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Sales Operations, Sales, Finance) that lead to a clear view of business performance.
