Job Title - Clients Relationship Consultant/Valuations Trainee

Basic Salary - Up to £32,000

Bonus - Annual based on business performance

Location - North of England (home-based)


Our Client

Our client is a very well established and fast growing professional services company serving clinical professions/businesses throughout the UK. As a result of continued business growth the company is seeking an exceptional person to work with their ever-increasing client base, delivering a range of bespoke service offerings. Having personally spent time with the MD, who you will report into directly (a person of integrity and very likeable), it is clear to see that the business is committed to its core values of honesty, openness, reliability and enthusiasm and this new role provides an excellent opportunity for someone to build on their existing career of business/client relationship development.


The Role

Bearing in mind that this role will require significant face-to-face interactions, and effective ongoing verbal and written communications, with professional clients, who may not be so business savvy, who will need support and guidance through what can often be life changing decisions about their personal business, it will be important that whoever is appointed is able to demonstrate high levels of intelligent, and at the same time empathetic, business thinking. An eye for technical, contractual and operational detail and an aptitude to create high level reports will be critical, as well as the ability to work with external agencies who may be involved in the transactions. This is also very much a team role and you will collaborate with other areas of the business ensuring that at all times the best interests of the clients are met.


There will be an initial 3-month, full-time training period for this position in St Albans. Your accommodation will be paid for.


The Ideal Candidate

Will be commercially astute with an eye for a business opportunity. You will be someone who researches the market and maintains a watchful eye on influencing factors i.e. government policy, pricing, developments in the industry within which you operate, etc. And, you can demonstrate enthusiasm for a challenge in whichever sector you will have worked in. Patience and energy will be a pre-requisite as the transactions you’ll be involved in can take 6 -12 months to complete. 

This role offers significant training and development and career prospects so probably suited to someone who has post graduate work experience or has had a steady career in commercial business/sales environments. As you’ll be dealing with professional clients/stakeholders you will have a natural ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

A full and clean driving licence will be required and all expenses paid.
