This is a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager role tasked with managing the existing client base ensuring customer satisfaction by adjusting processes and working closely with all departments. With a reputation built over the last 45 + years for training, staff development and career opportunities - This company see very few people leave! The role requires excellent commercial acumen and an individual who understands the complexities of nurturing a portfolio of high spend accounts.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing / maintaining existing relationships within the public sector. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and managing renewals. This company specialise in staying ahead of the trend in their SAAS marketplace and boasts a research and development department, brand awareness that constantly focus their efforts on innovation to provide phenomenal consultancy services.
