Our client are looking for either a Client Manager/Client Director (dependant on experience so please apply regardless of what level you are at in your career) to drive the acquisition, retention and growth of client partnerships and deliver against the core business objectives of revenue growth and increasing client satisfaction.

You'll be contributing to the commercial strategy working for a leader in student recruitment & education.

Description

  • You will play a key role in the success of the commercial strategy across all product lines through a limited number of high value strategic partnerships
  • Student placement revenue - measured through marginal commission based on existing enrolment figures

  • This will be delivered through new client acquisition in line with network demand, contract upsells and removal of contract exclusions

  • You will drive strategic partnerships with clients through a closely managed network of Director-level sector contacts

  • You will be reporting on your progress against key objectives and targets as well as providing feedback on broader trends and opportunities for development as raised by your clients - this should in turn facilitate further product and strategic development for the wider business so a sales mindset and being business development focused is key

  • Opportunities to play leading roles in key projects

Profile

  • Our client require you to be sales focused with a strategic insight into business development
  • Knowledge of the student marketing and student recruitment space
  • Education exposure
  • Proven ability to establish, grow and improve client relationships
  • The ability to identify pain points and present solutions to clients, influencing multiple stakeholders up to a senior level
  • Excellent negotiation ability
  • Evidence of effective work as an internal and external brand ambassador
  • Understanding the importance of data and evidence of using data to inform strategic decisions

Our client are looking for a partnership focused, stakeholder engagement specialist who is looking to work autonomously in London and travel on occasion throughout the year within the UK and Europe.

Job Offer

Our client are looking to hire either a Client Manager or a Client Director and so the salary ranges from £30k base (circa 25% OTE) to £60k base (circa 30% OTE).

This will be entirely dependant on experience and so regardless of what level you are at, please apply and we can then have a conversation.
