To be an ever-present contact for their clients, supporting account managers with client reviews, managing contract renewals, supporting tenders and bids and marketing coordination.

The role Is to be organised, have acute attention to detail, and puts the client first (especially answering their questions) whilst appreciating company objectives and vision. Helping to embed a culture of empathy, and always confirm a sequence of events.

They're looking for someone who has "the right stuff" and must have fantastic communication and organisation skills, with a flair for innovation.

Main responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in all client account call, taking notes, arrange follow ups,
- Client contract management and renewals
- Coordination and completion of tender submissions
- Documenting requirement
- Provide client support and training
- Engaging with existing clients on new campaigns & general account management
- Recording all activity on CRM
- Supporting marketing effort, & contributing to business planning and marketing strategies
- Coordinating company social media responses and news content
- Coordinating with external agencies, when and where applicable.

Benefits include
- £25,000-£30,000 based on experience. Annual bonus based on company performance.
