Salary: £16000, full-time employees will also receive an additional £20 per day when working up to 12.30am.

Hours of work: Fixed Term Contract with a current end date of 30th June 2019
Working hours Full-Time 5.00pm - 12.30am (7 hour shift with ½ hour lunch)

Location: Teesside

Your role as a Claims Advisor will be to provide an excellent standard of service to customers, clients and regulatory bodies through supporting the investigation and resolution of Subject Access Requests (SARs) in line with agreed timescales and regulatory guidelines.

You will respond, resolve and log the customer queries on our database, liaise with third parties, collate information and escalate any potential risks.

You must have experience working in a customer-focused environment, good verbal and written communication, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
