AXA Partners Travel is underway with an ambitious transformation programme, which in order to deliver its projects successfully, will require the role of an experienced Change Manager.
The successful individual will ensure that all changes and transformations to the business are understood at all levels and correctly implemented as these are instrumental in achieving the planned benefits.

The permanent role will be based in Redhill.
Working with the programme leads to understand the deliverables from their projects and how they will affect the various stakeholders, partners, users and customers
Work with the Transformation/Project teams and the target regions to understand the change readiness of the impacted area, likely reactions and potential resistances
Identify, select and built a change management network of regional Change Ambassadors to support the delivery of the change management plans ensuring that they are engaged in their roles whilst providing appropriate and relevant oversight and support as is appropriate.
Ensure Change Ambassadors are fully engaged in their roles and given bandwidth to support the projects whilst also undertaking BAU tasks
Design a change plan identifying all the actions needed for each stakeholder group to raise awareness, create a desire for change, help people develop the knowledge and ability to adapt to new roles and expectations as well as reinforcing the change maximising earliest possible correct adoption
Deliver and Co-ordinate the implementation of the change management plan across the global AXA Travel regions working collaboratively with the Change Ambassadors, local management, Training and HR teams or implementing the change directly if applicable
Continually monitor and assess the impact of the change management approach, seeking feedback and adjusting the plan where needed
Coach key stakeholders to deal with resistance, identifying the root causes and tackling these as appropriate
Qualified to minimum degree level or equivalent with additional professional qualification in Change Management
MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint
Design and delivery of change plans in both technology, people projects and strategic change Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, seek feedback and insights, communicate a clear vision of the future
Ability to influence and deliver through others
Experience working in an international environment
Ability to work in an Agile environment and help to develop the maturity of this concept outside of an IT framework
A strong background in operations focused cross-functional project or operational management delivering tangible business value, ideally within the insurance, assistance or financial services sector
Proven ability successfully manage multiple projects or activities
Demonstrate analytical capabilities with ability to manage complex data and statistics to deliver sophisticated outcomes
Strong stakeholder management experience, including proven ability to establish early credibility, build robust relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, provide sensitive guidance, bring about consensus and resolve conflict
