As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

Managing a portfolio of approx. 100 units

Maintaining the general decoration and repairs of the property, utilising our preferred contractor list and allocating work orders

Arranging critical safety checks

Settling contractor invoices once works are completed and inspected

Sourcing local contractors when required

Conducting midterm inspections and producing in depth reports using in-house software

Attending end of Tenancy inspections with Lettings Managers and presenting suggestions to Landlords on ways to increase their property market value

Preparing properties for Letting

Settling service charge and ground rent on behalf of Landlords

Dealing with insurance claims; liaising with Block Managers, Insurance Companies and Loss Adjustors

Being the point of contact for Landlord and liaising with Lettings Support Centre for accounts, administrative and renewal queries

Handling customer grievances

Working from branch monthly, to form better working relationships with Lettings

Dealing with deposit returns and disputes

Complying with ARLA regulations

Being aware of Health & Safety implications

Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld

The Individual

Ideally 12 months Property Management or similar experience

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Excellent IT skills using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

A team player with the ability to work on your own

Proactive, motivated and a confident attitude

Punctual, well presented and passionate about property
